Olympia Outdoor Lamps are designed
specifically for outdoor use and will provide years of worry-free
service in some of the harshest conditions.
Sunbrella Fabrics Limited Warranty: 3 Years from date of original purchase if the fabric
becomes unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from
normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot and
atmospheric chemicals. Labor and installation supplied by the
dealer is not covered. Warranty is valid only if a sample of the
fabric and a copy of the bill for the item purchased is submitted.
Replacement fabric will be supplied free if found to have premature
wear.
Sunbrella Fabrics Cleaning Instructions: Sunbrella features a soil and stain resistant finish
that makes clean-up a breeze. Spot wash by sponging briskly with
a mild soapy solution in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with
clean water and air dry. Our acrylic fabrics will not promote
mildew growth, but mildew will grow on dirt and other foreign
substances that are not removed from the fabric regularly. To
clean mildew stains, prepare a mild solution of one cup bleach
plus two caps full of mild soap in one gallon of water. Spray
area and allow to soak in. Sponge thoroughly with clean water
and air dry.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted only by prior authorization
by e-mail to:

are custom made. Custom made items are not returnable. If you are not sure,
please ask before ordering.
Requests must be made within
7 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are accepted ONLY by prior
authorization. Please call to get an authorization number BEFORE
you send back items. Mark the outside of the cartons with the
return authorization number. All authorized returns must be made
within 10 days of return approval. You will be responsible for
shipping costs back to the manufacturer and a 25 percent restocking
fee on merchandise and original shipping will not be refunded
if you choose to return the items. In the event eLampost.com sends merchandise
in error, you will not be responsible for the return freight charges. We will
send a pick-up tag for the item and quickly correct the mistake. Please return
it in the original box if possible. If the merchandise is not returned,
you will be charged for it.
DAMAGE: Damaged or defective items will be replaced at
no charge with proper authorization ONLY. Returns without proper
notification will not be credited and elampost.com will be held
exempt from any responsibility. PLEASE inspect merchandise before
signing bill of lading and in the event of damage, please mark
it on the bill of lading and notify elampost.com immediately.
Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier
and must be noted BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If the
items were dropped off by the carrier without a signature and
you note damage, please photograph the box and merchandise and
call us toll free Toll Free 866-772-1033. We will MAKE IT RIGHT!
Some adjustments and mechanical
skills may be necessary when installing our lamps. Please consult
a contractor or installer for electrical installations. Call us
first and we'll do everything possible to help.
SHIPPING: Expect 2 to 3 weeks delivery, but most items ship
within 10 days. Please COMPLETE the secure order form so we can
send you a shipping quote.

Misc:
1)
Our experience has been that APO's are difficult, if you must,
call us with details.
2)
All accessories are for Olympia Brand lamps. If you aren't sure
the brand of your lamp, don't order. No returns on items ordered
for brands other than Olympia, they may not work or fit the lamp.
3)
PO Boxes will NOT accept your order.
4)
Canada customs are slow and sometimes uncooperative.
5)
Hawaii and Alaska deliveries are very expensive.
6)
Any shipments overseas (non-USA) may need a broker.
7) By clicking on the order "submit" button
on the secure order form, you agree to all of the above terms
and conditions.
